Bell Plumbing and Heating A Great Example

Close your eyes and imagine a plumber…what do you see?

I recently had to call Bell Plumbing and Heating over a furnace issue. The experience is one that many small businesses can learn from. They showed up early, they were wearing a clean uniform

Does It Have To Be Measured?

Late last year I finished the book, “The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working,” by Tony Schwartz. In it he refers back to the age of “Enlightenment” and how scientific thought rose to prominence. We
developed a mind-set that said if we can’t measure “it”, then “it” doesn’t exist.
